Based on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, the practice works all over Queensland and interstate. The principal, Chris Schomburgk, is one of Queensland’s most experienced town planners. Chris has over 30 years experience as a town planner, having held senior management positions in local government, state government and private practice. The practice specialises in Planning and Environment Court appeals, policy advice and planning scheme preparation for governments at all levels, administrative reviews for local governments, and the management and coordination of development applications from the very small to the most complex. Schomburgk Planning Pty Ltd prides itself on integrity and professionalism. If we can’t support a particular project on planning principles, we won’t act.
